Have you ever wondered how we make our meals "work" over an entire week?

Here are some examples of how we integrate whole, gluten-free, organic, local, kid-friendly food without breaking the bank! Recipe links are included, as well as my prep schedule.

Menu One: apple pancake rings, homemade Lara bars, peanut butter dip, zucchini tots, fruit salsa with baked cinnamon chips, meatloaf cupcakes, cauliflower poppers and many more ideas.

Menu Two: all sorts of fall-ish treats like pumpkin oatmeal, and southwest stuffed peppers, and snack recipes like peanut butter dip and pumpkin smoothies.
