Olive oil (to drizzle on the finished product)
3 Tbs. Tahini
Chick peas, one can, or about 16 oz. (reserve some liquid if desired)
Salt, to taste
2 cloves of garlic (unless you want it so garlicky it hurts- then use four cloves as I have pictured)
First, put garlic cloves into a food processor and chop them very well.
